Canon India has a network of authorised service centers across the country. These centers handle warranty repairs, paid servicing, firmware updates, sensor cleaning, and product inspections. However, not every city has a full-service center. That is where authorised drop-points like Canon Image Square become essential. We accept your Canon product, send it to the official service center, and return it to you once repaired.
Grey market sellers cannot offer authorised service. Unverified local repair shops may use fake parts or damage your camera further. Only an authorised Canon India service center or drop-point ensures that your product is handled by trained technicians using genuine Canon parts. Your warranty remains valid. Canon Image Square is an authorised Canon service drop-point. We are not a repair center ourselves. Instead, we act as your local collection and delivery point for the official Canon India service network. The process is simple and transparent.
Step 1: Bring your Canon product to Canon Image Square during business hours. Include any accessories like battery, charger, or lens cap if needed.
Step 2: Our staff will inspect the product with you. We note down the issue, model number, and serial number. You sign a job sheet.
Step 3: We forward your product to the authorised Canon India service center.
Step 4: The service center diagnoses and repairs your product. They use only genuine Canon parts.
Step 5: We receive the repaired product back and notify you immediately.
Step 6: You collect your product from our store. Pay only the service center charges – no extra fee from us.
We accept all Canon products including EOS R series mirrorless cameras, EOS DSLR cameras, PowerShot compact cameras, Cinema EOS cameras, Canon lenses (both RF and EF mount), Canon speedlites and flashes, Canon printers and scanners, and Canon binoculars.
